This Privacy Policy explains how AFTERMOVE, developed by Howon Kim, handles information when you use the app. AFTERMOVE helps you view workouts from Apple Health, explore routes, and create media to share.
Information the app uses
With your permission, AFTERMOVE reads workout records from Apple Health, including workout type, date, duration, distance, active energy, heart rate, and workout route coordinates when available. The app uses this information to display workout summaries, maps, timelines, and shareable images or videos. AFTERMOVE requests read access only; it does not write or change your Apple Health records.
If you choose to use the camera, AFTERMOVE captures photos and short videos for workout media. Your selected language and weekly goals are stored in the app’s preferences on your device. Captured media associated with workouts is stored in the app’s local storage on your device.
Where your information goes
AFTERMOVE does not require an account and does not send your workout records, heart rate data, or captured media to a server operated by the developer. The app does not include advertising or third-party analytics SDKs.
Map display and place-name lookup use Apple system services. These services may process map requests or workout route coordinates under Apple’s Privacy Policy. If you choose to share an image or video, iOS sends it to the service or person you select; that destination’s privacy practices then apply.
Your choices and data retention
You can control or revoke Apple Health and camera permissions in iOS Settings. Without Apple Health access, workout features may be limited. You can remove the app and its locally stored media by uninstalling it. Workout records stored in Apple Health remain under your control in the Health app. Media you have already shared must be managed at the destination where you shared it.
Children
AFTERMOVE is not designed to collect information from children. The developer does not knowingly collect children’s personal information through the app.
Security
Workout information and captured media are handled on your device through iOS and Apple Health permissions. Protect your device with a passcode and keep iOS up to date.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the app changes. The current version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
